
The hardest part of going to the gym is going to the gym. Does it feel good to get stronger, have time for yourself, look hotter, release stress, and be all around more healthy and happy? Of course. That can be enough for some to stay motivated. For others, the sheer excitement of seeing someone you’re into makes going to the gym a lot easier. When they are there it can make you workout longer, hit a PR, be more social, or try a new exercise. I recommend multiple GCs as sometimes one will mysteriously go on a hiatus, but you stay motivated to go and stick to your goals.
